Past Tonebenders Guests are up for SO MANY Awards!

Former guests Nina Hartstone & John Warhurst accepting the Best Sound Editing Academy Award

We have been lucky enough to interview a lot of amazing sound people over the years. Between the MPSE Golden Reel Awards and Cinema Audio Society’s C.A.S. Awards, former guests on Tonebenders have racked up over 70 nominations this year! Thats insane!

If you are a voting member of either of these guilds and you want to do some research before you cast your ballot, below is a list of links to the interviews the various nominees have done with us. The listings that are green are interviews about the actual projects they are nominated for this year. The others are the nominees talking about their careers in general or previous projects they have worked on.

As more awards presenters release their nominee lists (Oscars, AMPS, BAFTA, CSAs) we will be updating this list. For now though, this is a list of a bunch of people that are solid gold in our books, regardless who ends up taking home the trophies.
